1. Due to fluctuating costs of materials, shipping currency, etc., prices will be quoted on request. Orders will be executed at the prices ruling at date of despatch. All prices quoted are nett.
2. No C.0.D. orders. Proforma invoices will be sent on request to enable payment to be arranged. Minimum invoice amount applies.
3. To ensure speedy execution of orders, please quote catalogue part numbers.
4. Subject to manufacturers design changes and improvements we cannot be held responsible for goods supplied which do not conform to catalogue specifications and illustrations.
5. Orders are accepted for delivery ex-warehouse Durban. Unless otherwise specified consignments will be sent by parcel post.
6. Claims for shortages will not be recognised unless made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
7. Claims for damages, loss or breakage should be lodged with the carriers. All goods are warranted to be in good order and condition on despatch.
8. Except for defect or error on our part, no goods may be returned for credit without prior arrangements being made. We reserve the right to make a 10% handling charge on returned goods.
9. We guarantee to repair or replace, at our discretion, faulty goods supplied by us, within the stipulated manufacturers guarantee period or within a period of 3 months from date of purchase. We shall not be under any liability whatsoever, in respect of defects in goods supplied by us, for any injury, damage, loss of revenue or any other consequential loss whatsoever, resulting from such defects, any guarantee claims must be accompanied by proof of date of purchase.
